To confirm your booking we require a £50 non-returnable deposit payable by cheque. You will receive a receipt for the deposit, an invoice for the balance due and confirmation of your arrival and departure dates and times. The balance is due eight weeks before the holiday date . Please note that we do not send out reminders for the balance due. Please make cheques payable to M Tinkler and send to ... If you cancel more than eight weeks in advance of your holiday, the balance will not be payable. WHAT IS INCLUDED One full set of bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided at no extra charge. Beds are made up for your arrival. Towels (one bath, one hand per person) are provided in The Moorings only. Electricity and heating are included. A wooden cot can be provided in Winander- please request at time of booking. A travel cot is available in The Moorings. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Your arrival and departure dates and times will have been confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Two sets of keys per property will be left in a key safe on the wall near the door of the property. The four digit combination will be sent with your booking confirmation. Holiday start dates are Saturday. Arrival time is from
