Winander is accessed from Lake Road, The Moorings is accessed from the parking area at the rear

From Junction 36 of the M6 take the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness
At the A591 junction, continue straight ahead on the A591 towards Windermere
Stay on the A591 passing through Windermere towards Ambleside
You will pass the Lowwood Hotel approximately 1 mile before
You will pass Waterhead Marina approximately 100 yards before
Just before you reach the traffic lights at the junction of the A5075, turn left into the small service road at the end of the row of stone houses
Winander and The Moorings are located in the second to end house
The parking space for The Moorings is in front of the green gate
For winander, there is plenty of space to park in the service road whilst you unload. Nearby Waterhead Car Park has 150 spaces.
